Develop and grow relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and government procurement teams to deliver customized material and FF&E packages for commercial, hospitality, and public sector projects.
Lead the pursuit of county, state, and federal contracts for construction materials, fixtures, and FF&E, ensuring competitive bids and compliance with all requirements.
